Calm Valley Therapies offers Serenity Sessions — group relaxation and guided meditation experiences focused on deep rest, inner awareness, and positive change. Through gentle relaxation techniques, sessions support access to the subconscious mind, creating space for emotional release, insight, and a sense of balance.
These sessions can help reduce stress and anxiety, build confidence and self-esteem, and support calm and wellbeing. Each session is held in a warm, supportive environment, offering time to pause, reflect, and restore.
I support and encourage relaxation, wellbeing, and personal growth through a calm, warm, and supportive approach. I create a space where people feel seen, accepted, and gently encouraged to slow down, explore, and reconnect with themselves. My work helps people feel grounded, rested, and connected to a sense of inner calm and positivity that can carry beyond our time together.
As a qualified hypnotherapist, I draw on professional training to guide relaxation in a safe and thoughtful way. I am also a proud member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), reflecting my commitment to professional standards and ongoing development.
