Serenity Sessions
Are warm, small-group experiences designed to help you slow down and rest deeply. Each session is gently guided at a calm, comfortable pace, supporting both physical and mental relaxation.
What to expect:
• A short introduction to help you settle
• Guided relaxation for deep rest
• Gentle focus to encourage positive change
• Time to return feeling grounded and refreshed
No prior experience is needed. You’ll be guided throughout, and you remain aware and in control.
These sessions offer a safe, supportive space to pause, release tension, and reconnect with yourself — often leaving you calmer and more balanced.
Comfort is key:
During a Serenity Session, you’ll be lying down for around an hour, so making yourself as comfortable as possible really helps you get the most from the experience. Please wear whatever feels comfortable — soft, loose clothing is ideal. Mats and blankets are provided, and you’re very welcome to bring anything that helps you feel fully supported, such as additional mats, pillows, bolsters, or an eye mask.
