Calm Valley Therapies provides Serenity Sessions, which are group relaxation and guided meditation experiences designed to support wellbeing, relaxation, and positive personal change. Sessions may include elements of deep relaxation, imagery, and gentle hypnotic-style suggestion.

These sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

2. Participation & Responsibility

By booking and attending a Serenity Session, you confirm that:

  • You are participating voluntarily

  • You understand that results vary from person to person

  • You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after the session

You are free to stop participating at any point if you feel uncomfortable.

3. Health & Suitability

Serenity Sessions are intended for general wellbeing and relaxation.

If you have a diagnosed mental health condition, are currently receiving psychological or psychiatric treatment, or have concerns about suitability, you are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional before attending.

Please inform Calm Valley Therapies in advance of any phobias, strong dislikes, or sensitivities so reasonable adjustments can be made to session language where possible.

4. No Guarantees

While many people find relaxation and guided meditation helpful, Calm Valley Therapies does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from sessions.

5. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings are subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy stated on the website. By booking a session, you agree to those terms.

6. Confidentiality

Group sessions are held in a supportive and respectful environment. While Calm Valley Therapies treats all shared information with care, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed between participants in group settings.

Participants are encouraged to respect the privacy of others.

7. Conduct

Calm Valley Therapies reserves the right to refuse participation or remove individuals whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. In such cases, refunds are not provided.
